Bob is very responsive and very courteous. He insists on calling me Miss. He is also surprisingly honest; I had asked him to trim a limb because I was worried that it was weak and would possibly break and instead of charging me to do so he explained that it was unnecessary as it was one of the strongest limbs on the tree. Mr. Chung and his crew were here on time (8:30AM) and got to work quickly. They cleaned up everything, including my neighbors yard. They even hosed down my roof to make sure it was cleared from leaves and small branches. Mr. Chung is very cordial and attentive to details. The price was pretty fair – 3 people crew + Mr. Chung who personally trimmed the trees.

He walked the property with me to see what work needed to be done and gave a written proposal which was fair considering there was a large amount of work. Excellent. Responsive to initial inquiry for services/estimate. Came out and viewed property prior to services being delivered and then scheduled a time to do the work within 2 days. Came out on a Saturday. The only consideration is that he does use a fairly large bucket truck which has its limitations depending upon the access to the property and trees. We have a fairly significant slope to the lake and that was a bit of a concern. It ended up working ok, but you have to be careful to avoid sprinkler heads etc.

We called on a Sunday for the heck of it, and were surprised that Bob answered and even more surprised that he was able to come for an estimate that day. We agreed to have him come 2 days later to do the work. Due a scheduling conflict, he and his crew actually came a day early. They completed the work and had everything cleaned out in less than an hour. They did a great job and you couldn’t find a nicer guy to do the work. We will definitely hire them again!
